Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on msg188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. msg188 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only — not on behalf of any business or professional entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of msg188 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of msg188 is lawful in your location.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on msg188. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

Account Registration

Registration on msg188 is free of charge. To create an account, you must complete the registration form in full and provide, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.

By submitting a registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and belongs to you personally. Submitting false, misleading, or third-party information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

msg188 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage — including at the point of registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, following any unusual account activity, or upon request from a regulatory body. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (KTP, SIM, or passport);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of payment method ownership (front-of-card photo, e-wallet screenshot, or bank account confirmation).

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe — typically 7 calendar days from the date of the request — may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• If msg188 determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse or exploitation, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

As a general guide, most sportsbook bets and live casino games contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slot games may contribute at varying rates; certain game categories may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the msg188 sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is the User's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. msg188 is not responsible for bets placed in error by the User.

msg188 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any User whose betting patterns, in its sole judgement, are deemed inconsistent with recreational play — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of pricing errors, use of automated betting software (bots), or coordinated group betting activity designed to circumvent risk controls.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, msg188 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial loss.

msg188 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party network outages, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, cyberattacks, or government-mandated service interruptions) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. msg188 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

msg188's maximum aggregate liability to any User arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their msg188 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Account Termination

You may close your msg188 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated IDR withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

msg188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Engagement in any Restricted Activity as defined in Clause 9;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft;
• Instruction from a law enforcement authority, regulatory body, or payment processor;
• An account being inactive (no login activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more — in which case dormancy fees as published on the platform may apply before closure.

Where an account is closed by msg188 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach, at msg188's sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which msg188 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

You acknowledge that online betting may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of msg188 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. msg188 makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and msg188 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The seat of arbitration shall be as specified in the licensing jurisdiction of msg188.

Amendments

msg188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal rules, or User rights — msg188 will provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to the address registered on your account, no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or administrative updates) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the msg188 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
